For Other Ice Baths: The chiller can also be used with any other ice bath, including bathtubs and buckets. Equipped with a pump and filter, the chiller requires you to simply submerge both hoses into any water container to begin cooling.

I was surprised how easy it was to form a habit. After working physically hard at my job, I couldn’t stop thinking about being refreshed from an ice bath. The size is nice enough to sit, dunk myself under but also float comfortably. I work a 15hr day so mid afternoon has been perfect for me to refresh and take on the next task of the day. The pod is quality and made thoughtfully for portability.

Build quality is great for the lower half of the plunge. The pillow top ring is a lower quality rubber and has me concerned on the lifespan. In hotter out side temperatures the plunge struggles to maintain temperature. I had to purchase a insulated outside liner and top in order to be able to drop temperature down by 15 degrees. This will help extend the lifespan of my water chiller. Buy overall the build should last a while.
